We are located on the 4th floor of the First Montana Bank Building in Downtown Missoula.

Look for our sidewalk sign on Higgins Ave, enter through the doors between Studio Pandora Jewelry & Habitat Floral Studio. 

Head to the 4th floor.

Higgins Ave Doors Lock Promptly at 6pm. We are unable to allow late entry to the building.

Entrance via the Central Park Stair Tower closes at 5:45pm/weekdays and all weekends & holidays.

Please sign up for class online via our website schedule or the Mindbody App.

If you have never been to our studio give yourself at least 30 minutes to locate the studio. Often finding our studio is the hardest part of class.

* Studio doors are locked on time. No late entry allowed


*Higgins Ave Doors auto lock at 6pm EXACTLY - we cannot provide access after doors are locked

* Don’t eat for about 2-3 hours before class.


* HYDRATE! Drink plenty of water the day of your class.


* Consult your physician about physical conditions or drug prescriptions prior to taking class.


Bring a yoga mat, a large beach towel, and a water bottle. (We have mats, towels, and bottles for rent if needed)

Wear something light (spandex or athletic shorts and tank top/sports bra) 

Bring your own toiletries for the shower. including a hair dryer if you need one.

Leave all valuables at home or in your locked car. We lock our studio doors during class but do not offer individual lockers at this time.

Our classes range from static postures to vinyasa flow and HIIT workouts.

Class Attendance

All classes start on time.  No late entry allowed.

Your Punch Card or Drop In will not be charged for a missed class.

All No-Shows will be charged a $15 fee. This fee will be automatically charged to the payment method on file.

All ClassPass users are subject to the ClassPass cancellation policy, not ours

Late Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation that is less than 2 hours before a class start time or after 8pm the night before for all weekday 6:30am and weekend 8am & 9:30am classes is considered a late cancellation (“Late Cancel”).

All Late Cancellations are subject to a $15 fee dependent on class roster size. These fees will be processed on a case by case basis.
