Inferno Hot Pilates combines cardio and muscle toning in a heated room. The high-intensity interval training (HIIT) keeps your heart rate up. Repetitive exercise mixed with static holds tones your body creating long lean muscle mass.

Yes! Our instructors know how to modify or level up each exercise so you can find the correct workout for you.

Inferno Hot Pilates is 95°F and 40% humidity

Yes. We have 2 showers in each public bathroom. We have changing rooms and cubbies for your stuff. We do not provide lockers, please leave valuable items at home.

-HYDRATE! Drink plenty of water the day of your class.
-Bring a yoga mat, a large towel, and a water bottle.
-Don’t eat for about 2-3 hours before class.
-Wear something light (spandex or athletic shorts and tank top/sports bra)
-Please come at least 15 minutes before your first class.
-Studio doors are locked on time. No late entry allowed
