Learn to lead a yogic life.

OVERVIEW & SUMMARY

The 200 Hour Ghosh Yoga Teacher Training Program: Consists of 80 hours of online video lessons and practices lead by Yoga Acharya (Yoga Masters) Ida Jo and Scott Lamps of Ghoshyoga.org and two -5 hour in person sessions a month(total 60 hours) at Headwaters Hot Yoga, lead by Advanced Ghosh Yoga instructor Catie Anderson.

You will learn functional anatomy and the histories and philosophies of yoga through video series lectures. Your in person practice will compliment and reinforce the knowledge from the videos and give you practice teaching the content as you learn it.

You will learn to teach the 26&2 and much much more!

You will learn to address the needs of different student populations, different class lengths and difficulties, making you a versatile and effective teacher.

You will receive personalized teaching feedback regularly, and refine your understanding and teaching over time. The benefit of the longer course, is the ability to integrate the information effectively.
